Tried to upgrade from lucid to precise.

Got up slapd running with this trick http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=593550#10
But still the configure-part seems to fail:

# ps aux

Loading the database from the LDIF dump failed with the following

Hi Christian

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug in Ubuntu.

It looks like something might have been wrong with your ldap configuration pre-upgrade.

Please can you run the following commands:

 sudo slaptest -F /var/backups/slapd-2.4.25-1.1ubuntu4

and attach the output to this bug report. Hopefully this might give us some pointers as to where the issue lies.
