The execute shell command to run the create-tarball.sh script had the wrong rooted path. Instead of /usr/share/jenkins/slave_scripts/create-tarball.sh it needed to be /usr/local/jenkins/slave_scripts/create-tarball.sh. I updated this path and the job is passing now.
