Bug Description
When you go to edit the source (i.e. provide a branch) for a release series, the form provides a 'Choose...' window for selecting the branch.
Initially, the chooser comes up with an empty list and a blank search box. It seems to me that users will almost always want to associate their release series with one of the branches registered on the product.
There's no way to easily get a list of registered branches on the product from the chooser, it seems. Searching with an empty text field just returns no results.

Right, the BranchVocabulary search needs improvement.
In a product context, for an empty query, it should return all branches.
Initially, it should display some list of branches. Maybe the most recently registered, or most recently modified branches.
Ideally, it should also have the ability to filter branches by status, and display the status of branches. But that might be too complicated to do right now.
