Repack Knit Indexes to make them smaller. All versions of bzr support the packed versions, bzr < 0.13 did not always generate fully packed indices.
This plugin repacks bazaar Knit index files, so they use dictionary compression when possible. New versions of bzr generate properly compressed indexes, but some old versions would use full references when they didn't need to.
