The launchpad id guillo.gonzo has changed to verterok. So all branches has been moved to lp:~verterok instead of lp:~guillo.gonzo.

This version fix the handling of non-utf-8 encoding in the stdout of bzr commands over the xmlrpc service.
Also there is an standalone installer for bzr.exe users that provides all the dependencies.
