Adds extra verification of the gpg passphrase using a temporary signed file before it creates a batch file for someone who entered an incorrect or mistyped passphrase. This is not a security issue, just a usability issue since it would have already made new detail records for items in a batch but then not be able to export the decrypted batch if the passphrase was wrong.
