Coot is a suite of programs for macromolecular model-building using single-crystal X-ray diffraction data, incorporating interactive molecular graphics including refinement, rebuilding and model validation.

This project merely provides a Bazaar export of the original upstream project, which is hosted at Google Code. Please note that the revision numbers assigned by Bazaar are different from the original Subversion revision numbers.
