This software is based upon debhelper, dpkg-buildpackage, and other well tested tools. You can try to build simple package from source archive with some GNU-packaged software containing at least a Makefile or a configure script.

In the future this application will be able to perform advanced operation.

Note: you don't need any particular package building knowledge to use this.
