  * control: change Depends to current libimage-magick-perl instead
    of transitional package perlmagick (Closes: #789238); add
    B-D on dh-systemd; change Depends on Test::Tester to
    account for upstream merging with Test::Simple.
  * Sample Apache configuration is now installed under
    /etc/apache2/conf-available; updated instructions on
    README.Debian accordingly.
  * webgui.service: support for starting/stopping Spectre with systemd.
