Inhibit Gnome Power Manager from suspending while Aria is downloading

Bug Description

All Aria has to do is call a simple dbus method when downloading starts and a simple dbus method when it's finished or paused. This way Gnome-Power-Manager doesn't auto-suspend or power-down while downloading.

See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/GnomePowerManagerInactiveSleep for more information.
