Bug Description

when installed, it said

Setting up scim-pinyin (0.5.91-0ubuntu1) ...
/var/lib/dpkg/info/scim-pinyin.postinst: line 12: /etc/X11/xinit/xinput.d/scim-pinyin: No such file or directory
dpkg: error processing scim-pinyin (--configure):
 subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:
 scim-pinyin
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

Havn't tested myself yet, but it seems the reason is that postinst
script is doing "cat > /etc/X11/xinit/xinput.d/scim-pinyin <<OOO"
without checking if /etc/X11/xinit/xinput.d/ directory exists or not.
