Release notes 

This is the first release in the Fremont series. This is a development release. Elliott remains our current GA branch.
* multi-master replication available via slave plugin. Single master replication works as it has previously (some changes to config file required)
* split libdrizzle v 1.0 and 2.0
* Code refactoring
* Code cleanup (mysys)
