eCAP library v0.1.0 released

Written for eCAP by Alex Rousskov on 2011-01-11

Version 0.1.0 of the eCAP library and sample adapters has been released.

This release adds request satisfaction, host-driven configuration, and host-administered message blocking support.
API changes make this release incompatible with host applications and adapters that support v0.0.x of the library.

If you wish to test v0.1.x eCAP features with Squid, you may use Squid lp:~rousskov/squid/3p2-ecap branch which will be proposed for official Squid v3.2 integration.
