This version of the Gateway worked with EPICS Base 3.13 but required a patched version of base to build and work correctly. The required changes were never incorporated into EPICS base. The necessary patches for Base may still be available from BESSY at http://www-csr.bessy.de/control/SoftDist/Gateway/
