GenGeo 1.4 is the latest stable release of the GenGeo source code as of 06 January 2017.

New features:
- Changes to the build system to prevent configuration failure on ubuntu-16.04 and later variant(s):
  * prevent C++ preprocessor linemarkers in CPP output;
  * update compiler versions information, to find the name of the mpic++ toolset;
  * adjust the 'configure' output for more useful information.
- Copyright dates update.
