* Added V1_hex.json file with hex-encoded test vectors, so you can debug an implementation without the complexity of Dbase32 encoding
* Updated V1 specification with latest 240-bit vectors, with both Dbase32 and hex encoded versions
* A number of other small clarifications and fixes in the specification
