Shutting down flufl.enum

As of 2014-04-24 I am discontinuing work on flufl.enum. With the adoption of PEP 435 for Python 3.4, and the availability of the enum34 package <https://pypi.python.org/pypi/enum34> for older Pythons, the world does not need another enum package. Plus, the semantics and syntax are close enough that it should be pretty easy for folks to port to enum34 or the build-in enum package. Thanks for all the support and contributions!
