GetDevInfo 1.1.0

This new version changes the following:
- Cygwin/Windows is now supported!
- (DDRescue-GUI coming to Cygwin soon).
- Minor fixes for macOS and Linux.

IMPORTANT: Python 2 is no longer supported. Please download v1.0.6 if you need to run this on Python 2.

UPDATE 3/9/2020: This package has been confirmed to work with the Ubuntu 20.10 development build. It will be added to the PPAs shortly.

UPDATE 4/9/2020: This package has been confirmed to work with the Fedora 33 development build, but there is not yet an installable package for that release.
