Release notes

Much refactorisation of code was carried out to allow more regression tests and reduce duplication. The libsane-perl frontend feels much snappier as a result. Profiles were added to the libsane-perl frontend. Applying default settings to widgets in scanimage dialog was fixed. A bug editing OCR output was fixed. Switching to the last directory on open/save was fixed. Extracting the image resolution in non-English locales was fixed. A bug was fixed importing multipage PDFs. The German, Greek, Gujarati, Occitan (post 1500) and Turkish translations were updated.
