The UI release. Adds a statusbar icon for visible feedback that Hedera is loaded. Clicking the icon pops up a context menu to access the about dialog and preferences where debug can be toggled at runtime.

Release notes 

This release adds UI elements for visual feedback to the user - a statusbar icon to show that Hedera is loaded, which, when clicked, pops up a context menu from which About and Preferences dialogs can be reached. The Preferences dialog currently only enables toggling of debug output to the Error Console.
