I2P 0.9.13 released!

0.9.13 includes fixes for firewalled routers, netdb lookup improvements, and a big SusiMail update. Of course, there's also the usual collection of bug fixes and translation updates.
As usual, we recommend that you update to this release. The best way to maintain security and help the network is to run the latest release.
