News and announcements
igraph 0.6.5 was officially released today.
This is a bugfix release, but it has some nice new features as well, see some of them in the release notes:
For the (more) complete list of changes see the NEWS file:
This version solves some problems with the R package, in particular, will make attribute operations (among others) much faster, so we suggest that you install the latest R package (version 0.6.5-1) from CRAN.
Thanks for the people who sent code, bug reports and suggestions!
Another bug-fix release. The R package for it has been available for a while, here is the rest. Packages for the Python interface and Debian/Ubuntu package are also coming soon.
Please see the complete list of changes at the NEWS section of the igraph homepage: http://
We are pleased to announce that Debian/Ubuntu packages for igraph and its Python interface will be available for both i386, amd64 and lpia archtectures from Launchpad from now on. See the page of the package archive at https:/
If you are using igraph packages from our package repository, please update the package source in /etc/apt/
If you weren't using our package archive so far because we didn't provide packages for amd64, you can start using the new repository, which will always contain packages for amd64 as well.

Ok, I am sorry for the confusion, now we really managed to find out what was wrong with the igraph R package on R version 2.9.0. New, corrected R packages are available for download at the igraph homepage, and also on CRAN. Their version number is 0.5.2-2. Again, it only make sense to update you R package if you run windows.
