team pages have an unused "details" section

Bug Description
Many team pages have an unused section "details". It is not clear how to get details into this section.
Some teams have a link to a wiki page in this section, but there is no clear way to edit this information.
What I think happened is that we decided that a team shouldn't have a wiki-name (because a team can't log into a wiki, only an individual can do that), and so disabled editing this information for a team. But, we didn't clean up existing data, and didn't remove the section from being displayed.

I'm rejecting this because we don't have the 'Details' section anymore and the issue with wikinames is bug 2553
