Allows users to access data on Omron USB Health Equipment (Blood Pressure Monitors, Pedometers, etc...)

User-space (libusb-1.0 based) driver for retrieving data off of Omron consumer health equipment with USB connections, including:

- HEM-790IT Blood Pressure Monitor
- HJ-720ITC Pedometer

Other equipment may be compatible with the library, also.
