Release notes
libsurl 0.3.0 supports only bit.ly (which requires an account with an API key). It can be extended by creating a function to perform the URL shortening, but does not support any templates. This version allows shortening of URLs in the background, as all future versions are expected to.
There is no significant documentation available at this point.
