Light Software Center aims to be a simple, fast and clean graphical software installer.
Designed primarily for Ubuntu based distros (Lubuntu), it should be completely portale, since is built on top of libappstore https://launchpad.net/libappstore

This software is still under development, but is intended as replacement for the Lubuntu Software Center.
