First release of the 1.7.x cycle, final release to be 1.8.0 and to be included in Trusty.

Many thanks to our contributors for this release, Alistair Buxton and Andrew P., who provided the majority of the patches and functionality.

- Window positioning (relative or absolute) of the login window and power dialogs is now configurable in lightdm-gtk-greeter.conf

This release brings in a UI overhaul, the return of gtk2 support, enhanced accessibility, indicator support, and some handy bugfixes.
