Create MAAS offline and Reader Adaptive documentation, for incorporation into MAAS for 2.9 and forward.
This project is designed to answer two user stories:
[1] As a MAAS documentation user, I want to see examples relevant to my situation, because it helps me understand the product better
[2] As a user of MAAS behind a firewall without access to maas.io, I want to be able to read the documentation
To facilitate the answers, a script was needed to (1) push and pull tagged discourse markdown to and from discourse, and (2) convert discourse markdown to fully-functional, offline HTML, including adjusted links and downloaded/
To facilitate an easy workflow, at least on makefile was created to manage the conversions and discourse updates, based on changes to the tagged discourse files.
