A script to work with MHonArc archives in Mailman.

A script that removes the complexity of the MHonArc command line, and ensure the archives are sane.

mmm-archive-manager.py provides:
    * Check the status of messages in the archive
    * Delete messages from the archive (and ensure they are not undeleted)
    * Regenerate archives without undeleting messages
    * Re-initialise archives to build the archive from the mbox
    * Merge historic mboxes with the current mbox
