Mousetweaks provides mouse accessibility enhancements for the Gnome Desktop. Development started during Google Summer of Code 2007.
The main application provides dwell-clicking which simulates different mouse clicks without using physical buttons and a delay-click feature which opens context menus by holding the left mouse button for a specified amount of time.
Additionally there are two gnome-panel applets:
* pointer-capture applet: provides an area on the panel which temporarily locks the pointer
* dwell-click applet: a simple applet to switch between dwell-click types
