Have you any better idea for testing your installation?

Kindly benchmark your system and share results, there is only
"BIG" and "FAST" installations and their bechmark results e very
litle value while comapraing system and to find fices for better
performance.

blcr experimental

hi,

blcr is coming soon to production again! Curently ubuntu supplyes unconditional, non-functuional version.
I made test whit, did not work at my machine. If you like to test it you find needed script files from mpi4you rev 6.0 to download/install experimental version:

buildBlcr - get's experimental version, configure, install
buildM8 - to generate mpich whit blcr
.mpienv - new enviroment, this file should be load by .baschrc source .mpienv
