Release notes:

This release, being the first 0.2 series release of Malbolge Survival Kit, introduces a new interpreter written in Python. The original C implementation is still kept around for historical reference. Those MSK users who enjoy running their Malbolge applications at high speeds, might still want to use the old implementation. ;-)

First release. Includes extended Malbolge interpreter, a simple man page and some example applications
(hello world, "99 bottles of beer" and a simple data stream copying application). The package also includes
source code for the original interpreter and specification/guide that used to come with it.
