Moving bug reports to bugs.mysql.com

We are moving the open bugs to bugs.mysql.com. This might take a while to do, and some bugs will get consolidated into one. We can not keep the original reporter, but we'll post a link of the new location for moved each bug. You can, as a reporter, then comment using bugs.mysql.com.
We'll make a new announcement once the process is done.
