Currently implemented features at the server:
- capturing wake-on-lan packets
- if no packets are captured the server is shutdown (includes setting a timeout and times that are not permitted to shutdown)
- manual shutdown
- get system information

Currently implemented features at the client:
- client that sends wakeonlan packets with upstart service
- client as indicator for unity that permits manual startup (if server is properly configured for wol), shutdown and discover mdns - services at the network
