port to OpenERP 7.0

I just ported the code to OpenERP 7.0. It's still fresh and not tested a lot, but it should work ! Report bugs if you find some. The code for OpenERP 6.1 now has a dedicated branch, different from trunk.

WARNING : the code of the modules l10n_fr_intrastat_product and l10n_fr_intrastat_service currently suppose that the field partner_id on account.invoice is the "real" company partner, not just a contact. So it is compatible with the RS-OCB branches, not with the official branches for the moment..
