Logitech Media Server script 2.1 released

Written for Nuvola Apps Runtime (Nuvola Player) by Jiří Janoušek on 2016-10-22

On behalf of Steffen Coenen, I've released Logitech Media Server script 2.1 with folowing enhancements:

  * Added a complete set of icons with various sizes.
  * Added information about contributing to the script.
