Version 0.2 released

The version 0.2 was released fixing the critical bug - when saving files with Cyrillic and special characters in UTF-8 encoding. With this release after almost 1 year the development of oFEd is continued and soon you can expect many new features. Currently I'm working on a Preview option and Preferences dialog. One of the milestones will be an option for choosing between BBCode for SMF, phpBB3 and DokuWiki formatting.
