OpenLotto is a sparse numerical analyser to provide statistical and trend data for sparse numerical sets. To do this we use lottery data, as it is readily available and constantly evolving. There is a library for interacting with the analyser, a gui, and a website. All of OpenLotto is licensed under the GPL.
