This is an administrative project only. It's sole purpose is to assist with the organization of DevOps issues (recorded as bugs) and plans for addressing these (blueprints). Once bugs are created in this project they may be assigned to the appropriate project in the OpenStack project as "also affects." Similarly, if there is a DevOps-related bug in another project, it may be set to "also affects" this OpenStack DevOps project.
