The first stable release in the 3.x series. It will support all 2.x features (except for some translations maybe), and will be completely rewritten. Other features are only added if they're approved by the ~openteachermai
Other features have to wait for later 3.x releases.

OpenTeacher 3.0 has the following features:
* Viewing both recent and past results of tests with graphs
* Smart question asking and interval training
* Reverse rehearsal (the answer is asked, and you need to give the question)
* Read and write Teach2000, WRDS and OpenTeacher 2.x files and read ABBYY
Lingvo Tutor files
* Save and open your online WRDS vocabulary lists
* Print your word lists or topography maps
* (Partly) available in Arabic, Brazilian Portuguese, Simplified Chinese,
Traditional Chinese, Czech, Dutch, Finnish, French, Frisian, German, Greek,
Japanese and Spanish
