0.9 release

after 2 to 3 weeks of constant work version 0.9 is out. a lot of improvements. to much to mention. the 2 best and biggest parts are the new documentation (still a work in progress) and the new make system. with the new Makefile its possible to install persy and a fair amount of linux flavors. tested it on fedora :)
so have fun with this release!
