Team admin workflow has an incorrect redirect.
Go here, logged in as an admin:
https:/
Click [edit] for one of the Proposed Members.
Approve the membership. You will be redirected to a page like this, which gives a 404:
https:/
You should be redirected to this page, with a browser message:
