PyEphem releases 3.7.2.4

Written for PyEphem by Brandon Rhodes on 2008-06-12

This new version of PyEphem makes planetary satellites operational for the first time; before, only the four Galilean moons of Jupiter returned a correct position, because I had not determined whether I could distribute with PyEphem the necessary planetary moon data files. (And not only does it turn out that I can, but I went ahead and translated them into C structures so that they are accessed quickly in memory rather than being incessantly read off of disk!) The other major improvement, at the request of several different users, is that the routines I recently introduced for finding when objects rise and set no longer change the date of the Observer object for which they are called. As usual, see the CHANGELOG for additional details!
