Quantities-0.7.0 released

Quantities -0.7.0 has been released. This release fixes a critical bug due to the conflict between farad and Faradays (which both attempted to register themselves using the symbol "F"), and the unit registry has been improved so this kind of problem cannot arise in the future. Addition and subtraction of quantities with different but compatible units (like "m + ft") are now supported, the result will be expressed in the units of the left operand.
