Written for Python 3 Patterns & Idioms by Bruce Eckel on 2008-11-05

The only thing it does for sure is build for Sphinx to create HTML and Windows Help files. Everything else is in extremely rough form and many of the examples don't work (not yet translated from Java). I chose 1.0 because I didn't want to get caught up in the 0.9932-style of releases.
