Download project files

This first version provides a (hopefully) working, but not that feature rich as we want it to become, program to download videos from YouTube. It features some simple configuration possibilities and, of course, checks if a file exists before overwriting it (asking you if you want to do it).

(One of the features it doesn't has yet is the ability to convert the flash movies (.flv) to ogg or another format.)
