0.9.16 is released

Written for Rapid Photo Downloader by Damon Lynch on 2019-08-10

This release is small but important: some code was removed from one of the libraries of code Rapid Photo Downloader uses, causing Rapid Photo Downloader to crash when it tried to call it. There are some other minor updates too.
