From ~revu-uploaders to Launchpad OpenID

Thanks to the efforts from Michael Casadevall, REVU's user system got a significant revamp and now uses authentication through Launchpad instead of randomly generated passwords and daily keyring syncs.

What does this mean for the users? Click "Login" and confirm the login on the Launchpad page, upload your package, wait up to five minutes and there it is!
