This application provides a system for keeping track of item ownership for shared areas of a share house. As items are bought, others in the share house can "opt in" on a share of the item. When a person then leaves the sharehouse they can sell their share(s) to another member, or opt to "buy" an item from the house and pay out the other shareholders.

This will run on Google App Engine (1) because it's a platform i'm familiar with, allowing for rapid development (2) I'm too lazy to host my own server.
