Hello snapcrafters!
We are pleased to announce the release of version 2.13 of snapcraft:

The highlights in this release are:
- More store integration with the introduction of snapcraft push and release
- the maven plugin now supports targets.
- the ant plugin has been refreshed.
- A new plainbox plugin which allows parts containing a Plainbox test collection known as a provider.
- A new gradle plugin using the gradle build system used in some java based projects.
There have been bug fixes as well:
- pkgconfig conflicts between parts when the same stage-packages are used are no longer a problem.
- the remote parts parser has been refined and deals better with errors.
- typos in help messages have been fixed.
This release has seen many contributions from outside of the snapcraft
core team, so we want to give a shout out to these folks, here's a team

To consume the latest snapcraft release on Xenial Xerus (16.04), we
suggest you install the snapcraft package from the Ubuntu Archives:
